Curricular Cut-Back "How does analyzing art work affect your personal identity and values?"

With reference to your self-perception, your level of empathy, your awareness of stereotypes, your awareness of your emotions and your ability to express them, I want you to analyze this Pulitzer Prize winning photograph.  We will then discuss your reactions.

“What response do you have when you view a photograph of a child who has been injured in war? Does the cultural, social, or religious background of that child influence your response? Why or why not?”
